Mini Meatloaf

The following recipe I received from my friend Candace. I am not a meatloaf person at all. But once I tried this, it is one of my favorites! I even made it for my Grandpa last night, who doesn't like "different" foods, and he thought it was great!
3 Variation Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef
1 Box Stove-Top Stuffing
1c. Water
Shredded Cheese

Variations:
BBQ: 1tsp Garlic Powder, BBQ Sauce
Mexican: 2tsp Chili Powder, Salsa
(Use Garlic Powder for those who don't like spicy things)
Italian: 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning, Pasta Sauce

Directions:
1. Mix Beef, Water, and Stuffing together, along with powder variation of choice.
2. Grease muffin tins, and fill with meat mixture
3. Create indentation in each cup, and fill with variation of choice
4. Bake in Preheated oven at 375 for 30min.
5. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for 5 min

ENJOY!

Here It Goes!

Here it is... With all the life has in store for me this year, including work, wedding planning, and getting ready to move, I have added a blog! I wanted some way to document all the exciting things that are happening in my life, and be able to share them with friends, family, and readers alike. Hopefully I will stay consistant with this blog, and give you lots of interesting things to read about! I'll give you one foreshadow.... stay tuned for June when you get to hear about my first attempt at "cleaning" chickens (for lack of a better term). Talk about becoming a Farmer's Wife!!!!

But for now, run with me, as I talk about wedding planning! Something I love as much as I thought I would! Just yesterday I finished purchasing all materials needed for my centerpieces. Also, for those of you in the Camrose Area, did you know Centra Cam has an event rental place?! Its super!!!! I am getting all my hall and table decorations (runners, ties, etc) for under $150!!!!! As far as I'm concerned, its the best kept secret in Camrose!

Another best kept secret is a website called www.adorable-kids.com. It has the most affordable dresses and suits for flower girls and ringbearers. We just found the dress for our cutiepie flowergirl this week from there. It has a matching sash and flower that can be changed out for different colors, and its like $50. Super find.

For my recipe of the day, see the next post!
